Your pedestal is important.
Robot pedestals are not just about supporting the weight of the robot; they are about maintaining precision and reducing vibration.
These are robot pedestals designed and built by robot people. We understand what it takes to make a modern robot cell work, and the pedestal is one of the most important (and most overlooked) components.
Our pedestals feature a vibration damping design, intuitive cable management, and auxiliary add-ons to accommodate technology required to make a robot cell as safe and effective as possible.
Intuitive Cable Management
Robot power cables discreetly route through entryways in pedestal stabilizers. This ensures wires are not impinged against the robot base or haphazardly exposed along the column of the pedestal.
Vibration Reduction
Our columns are 3/16” steel and highly rigid. To further reduce harmonic oscillation throughout the structure, we’ve welded four bracing legs to the pedestal center.
Bracing legs each have their own channels for cable management. This is ideal for managing electrical or pneumatic lines to robot end effectors, solenoids, safety area scanners, and other components mounted on the robot system.
Tech-Ready Mounting Surfaces
Accessory skirts come standard with 160mm lengths of pre-installed DIN rail. Diagonal faces can be left blank or selected to come with a pre-installed beacon light for signaling cell conditions. Blank faces are ideal for mounting safety area scanners or safety radar. Channels for wire routing are cut out of the top.
